Disabled Passes Including Free Carer

If you want to purchase a Summer Season pass for someone with a Disability (which includes a free carer) we ask that customers can provide the following documentation on arrival when collecting their passes. It is vital that you show the relevant paperwork at the admission desk upon entry..

A Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter (which is dated within the last twelve months)
A Personal Independence Payment letter (which is dated within the last twelve months)
A current and valid Blue Badge (A picture of the badge in situ is fine if it is being used on the vehicle)
Letter from your GP or consultant (dated within the last twelve months) confirming the need for a full-time carer. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis.

Unfortunately, we are not able to issue carers tickets/passes without seeing the above documentation. Each disabled customer must provide the documentation above to receive a free carer entry/pass.

Minimum carer age is 16 years.

April 2021 Offer: Valid for those who purchase their Summer Season Passes between now and the end of April 2021.

As a valued Farm Park Summer Season Pass holder, from time to time we will create special offers for you to use across the farm. This month’s offer is for a one-off 25% discount when booking an Aqua Park session – so between now and the 30th September 2021 (term time), Summer Season Pass holders can book one session on the Aqua Park for a discounted rate (includes wetsuit and buoyancy aid). See T&Cs below.

How to use this Offer:

Summer Season Pass holders (SSP) who purchase their passes between now and 30th April 2021 will receive an email at the beginning of May with a one-off discount code to use when booking an aqua park session. Only one use per family.
The code entitles the SSP holder to book for their family bubble up to a maximum of 6 people in line with government guidelines. (Children must be 8+ to go on the Aqua Park) See Aqua Park website for more details.
The discount code can only be used between 17 May - 30 September 2021 during term time.
On arrival at booked Aqua Park session, the SSP holder must show their Farm Park season pass and ID.
SSP holder must be present either as a spectator or participant. It is free to watch from the spectator’s area.
Wetsuits and buoyancy aids are provided.

Aqua Park Offer T&Cs:

The booking must be made in the name of the SSP holder / lead person who bought the passes.
Offer must be booked, and the session attended by 30th September 2021 (term time only) Bookings made with this discount after the 30th September will be cancelled.
You must bring a copy of your SSP purchase confirmation with you – This shows the lead person’s name.
The lead person must bring ID to prove identity.

The discount code can only be used once, during term time, between 17 May - 30 September, subject to availability.
Offer cannot be exchanged for any monetary value

Sessions are all weather, which means if it’s raining it will still go ahead (You are going to get wet anyway!
Isle of Wight Aqua Park reserves the right to cancel or stop any session, for any reason. In such unlikely cases, another session date will be arranged.

Fast Facts - Important Information

Summer Season Passes are valid from 17th May - 31st October. Keep an eye on our website for up to day opening times.

Once you own a Summer Season Pass you must remember to book your admission online for every visit you want to make. Simply select 'Season Pass Entry' when booking your session.

You must bring your pass with you on every visit, this is very important. Failure to present a pass will result in you having to pay admission on the spot. If you lose your pass it is £3.00 to replace it.

Passes are transferable between adults as long as they are accompanying a valid child season pass holder.

Season Pass Holder benefits include regular updates by Newsletter including new exclusive Season Pass offers.

Under 2's have free access to the farm park and do not require a season pass. Date of Birth may be requested and they must still book admission online.
